Call Pilot user options..

I have a call pilot out in the field that the outside caller needs to no what the options are. What I was wondering is what do you have to do to get out of a mailbox as an out side caller?

As an example I call forward to a users mailbox but it is not the destination that I want to go to. What do I have to dial to either get back to the Main greeting or to dial another extension?

turn on return to AA
and try * after reaching a mailbox greeting

* seems to disconnect you and ** will start the user login process.

81 should be the login option.
What user interface do you have for the mailbox - NVM or CP?

It is installed as NVM.

i dont have a system to try it on now ...but in a norstar voicemail * takes you back to the main menu.

is return to AA set to Y?
those are the things i've got off the top of my head.

are you trying to exit before leaving a message or after leaving the message
