Call Pilot upgrade question

I have customer with Call Pilot 150 running 2.? software around 80 mailboxes. They want to upgrade. Our supplier sent the 3.1 software card. Is it possible to switch the software cards and not lose keycode and mailbox information?

You need a flash card I think 64mb and download the latest 3.1 s/w from Nortel to your pc, copy it to the flash card then power down the CP and put in the second slot power up let it load power down and reboot and thats it.
If you put the 3.1 s/w in you will lose programming and codes.

Laptop is to view whats is happening and so you know when to power down and remove the upgrade card.
