We recently upgraded a BCM50 from release 1 to release 3.After doing so when the customer opens up there outlook to check emails a box comes up and says "invalid credentials please check you LDAP account and password"everything else works fine the customer hits cancel and it goes away...Can anyone help??
I have looked through the site and can't find a definite answer..

Uninstall then reinstall new Unified Messaging from the Rls 3.0 BCM.

With the upgrade comes new software. Since the UM uses IMAP it oinly downloads the header of the message and leaves the original message on the server, so you won't lose any messages by uninstalling the program.

I have had the customer reload the UM software on her computer already with the same issue..
