Call Pilot unified messaging help

Have a BCM450 5.0 that I just added unified messaging and record-a-call and customer would like only the RAC messages to go to E-mail instead of all of them.Is there any way to seperate which messages go an which dont,or is it all or none?Any help would be appreciated.Thanks
 
RAC's do not go to email, they go to vmail.
Anything in vmail goes to email when UM or DM setup.
So the answer is no...all or none!
Unless perhaps there is something special in Rules you can play with in your email settings.

This might help:

I use the single version, saves wav files on my PC or destination of choice.
I can select and email but not auto email but maybe the server one above can.

Thanks,kinda what I thought but I like to cover all bases before I tell a customer theres nothing else I can do on my end.There is one setting for urgent messages only,but that didn't work.I'll look at these sites posted.Thanks again.
