Call Pilot trouble

Hey all,
I have a CP100 that when I reset it(power cycle) I get the 2 trunk lights on constantly even with ports disconnected and the network lights flash constantly(all 3 lights). Anyone seen this? Is there a fix or is it dead? Thanks.

The port lights will stay lit for about 30-60 sec, then they should start to flutter. The system won't fully function without the ports plugged in though.

Connect a 9-pin and open Hyperterm 9600-8-1-N (if I remember right) and post the results. Must have digital station ports connected for functionality...
