Call Pilot Transfer

MICS 6.1 with CP 150; trying to set up external transfer through CCR with no luck using either indivdual lines or line pools. Lines are POTS without centrex. Any direction appreciated.

Did you install the entire system, or your vendor? If it was a vendor the call pilot DN may be restricted to prevent toll fraud.

Have you changed Max Outcalling Channels from default 0?
