Call pilot transfer

For years my auto attendant says please press * and the extension number of the person that you want to reach. It would then transfer you to the person that you dialed. Now when you press * it says exiting the system and disconnects. What is the fix?

When posting please post which Callpilot and/or software versions.

Will presume you have a Callpilot 100 or 150 due to posting in Norstar forums too.
On those soon as you log in via telephone you can press 9 to get the software version # which tells us something too.

Go to AA/GRTG/GRGT/ Return to AA should = Y

CP 100 (or 150) and software is 3.1 for short.
