We have an app set up in which if you press 2 it does a call transfer to an outside line, 9xxx-xxxx. When the call gets to the other phone system the user is required to press 0 to continue to an operator.
The problem we're seeing is that sometimes when we press 0 nothing happens, it's like the tone isn't passing through. This only happens every now and then, has anyone ever heard of something like this or have any idea what may cause a problem like this? I'm just trying to make sure it's a problem in the other switch and not a setting in Call Pilot. Thanks.
