Here's my problem....incoming call answered by auto attendant, caller uses thru dial to dn xxxx. dn xxxx does not answer it rings 4 times then caller gets reorder tone, call does not go to v-mail.
dn xxxx can answer call if he is at his desk.
internal callers to dn xxxx go to v-mail after 4 rings.
DID calls go to v-mail after 4 rings.
This is a system wide problem....any suggestions are appreceiated.
