Call Pilot SU02 to SU05 upgrade

Aside form Nortel Site, is there any other site I could go to to download a PEP upgrade from SU02 to SU05.

Only via a vendor.

It is recommended to use the Nortel webside to obtain the latest, as it happens sometimes often Nortel updates their SU without bringing out a new version.
