Call Pilot Spanish

BCM 400 4.0 with call pilot. Is there a way to have a caller from within a mailbox press 1 for english and 2 fr Spanish to get to the correct greeting. I think if i change class of service ir will only do the alternate.

No, it has to be done from the main menu, and everything from there will follow that language selection. Makes sense, huh!?
