Call Pilot, physical connections. I need a simplified way to make sure all the physical connections for call with an Option 61C are in place. Using a E-Lan for a hub for both processors. How do I talk to the "Call Pilot Card" etc, reading the books but not understanding it at all. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am in Chile, and hub is only choice I have at the moment, also going to have OTM terminal on the LAN with both cores and seperate modem set up for the remote maint. needs. Is there a password reset, one of the other techs made a password change and can't remember what he put in or he fat fingered it.

ELAN: Nortel LAN
-Opt61C CPU 0 / CPU 1 / Call Pilot ELAN / OTM

CLAN: Customer LAN
- Call Pilot CLAN / OTM CLAN (if your using Server/Client option)

we're using an ordinary hub here for the ELAN and it is fine. on your clan you may want to use a switch for security purposes.
