Call Pilot Server error

Call Pilot 100 with 40 seats of unified messaging.
installed with Microsoft Outlook, when accessing Outlook after entering mailbox number and password the following error comes up in the display.
"Invalid credentials. Please check your VPIM prefix, mailbox and password."
It's doing this at everyones workstation, any experience or suggestions,please.

I'm just leaving work, someone will answer tmo, I just remember the fix is in Outlook, not Nortel.
