Call Pilot Scheduled delivery?

Can I have CallPilot make scheduled calls? I want to set up an application to make one outside call per month to a phone number. I want to be able to spread 200 calls to 200 numbers, per month over a 30 day, business day only, schedule.
Each call would be made only once per month.

I dont think CP can do a scheduled notification

check this website - they make something for hospitals

RSI might have a cta based application
