i have a call pilot 150 and thinks its R2.1.......not 100% sure......

anyways, i had someone in the office that was checking messages, and instead of doing the "feature 981" she did "feature 983" and somehow defaulted the callpilot.....

i dont know how or if she knew what she was doing, but now everything is gone and i was wondering how or if i could do some sort of "restore".....

any help would be more than great. thanks in advance....

To default the call pilot you need to log into F983, press 1 then enter a 9 digit password.
So there is no way it was accidental.

Or you think it was defaulted and it is not.

You cannot restore if your didn't do a backup to begin with.

You should call a tech to site.

If you do F983 now and it says LOG then your probably ok.....if it says PASSWORD then it wants to config as new and your out of luck.
