Does anyone know if there is a resilient option for Call Pilot such as Main and Standby options? Or is it still a single box solution. Most contact centres have come to rely on these things to some extent.

There is a High Availability option, but it was not approved for use with call centers the last I heard. I know Nortel direction was to achieve compatibility with call center applications, but I have not seen a schedule for that.
