Call Pilot Reporting Server Issue. MICSrls.7.1/CP150 rls.3.1

My Client called and the said the reporting server is locking up when he tries to run a historical report.

System Specs:
MICS s/w rls 7.1
CP150 rls 3.1
Reporting Server Specs:
OS XP Pro w/ SP3
Intel Celeron

Anyone have a fix for this?
