We have a BCM 3.6 with the Call Pilot Reporting installed on a designated PC. A week ago something happened and now the call pilot reporting is not pulling all of the proper data and some of the reports will not open at all. Page cannot be displayed is the error.
For an example of data not being pulled, Ther eis a Call detail report that is supposed to show the number of incoming calls, outgoing, and calls lost.
We know we lost calls on a specific date, but it is showing as no calls were lost, and we tested it by making a few calls to our number and hanging up and they will not show.
I have rebooted the BCM and the Call pilot reporting computer, I have restarted services on call pilot reporting computer, I am at a loss here.
It is as if the BCM is not storing the data, or if it is the Call Pilot Reporting is not pulling the data.
I have no clue were to look next.. any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
