New to Call Pilot.
System Type 1005r 5.0
Want to start using the CP reporter
Can log in and run reports but the reports have no data accociated with them, they are blank
Any ideas?
First thing you have to be able to resolve by name DNS ping servername does it respond ? ? ? Also it must register to the CallPilot server try Logout & Erase then reconnect.
Also make sure you have the correct version of Java installed on the machine trying to display the reports. You should be able to find it on your CallPilot applications CD.
