I'm working on a data warehousing project which intends to use Call Pilot OM reporting data as a data source. Because of our server architecture, the report download scheduler (and the requirement for an open Communicator session) do not work for extracting the necessary data.
Is anyone aware of a way to either (1) Connect directly to the Call Pilot Sybase SQL Anywhere database with read access to all tables or (2) launch a download without using the download scheduler and Communicator.
