Call Pilot Remotely

I am trying to remotely get into the call pilot to change a specific number that is dialed by an emergency mailbox after hours. I'm pretty new to the BCM/Call pilot so if someone knows the steps, I would appreciate it.
Here is what I tried:

Call in and hit the VM then press **
Login is 1002XXXX(they are in 4 digit extensions)

I don't hear a prompt for outdialing settings so I'm not sure if there is a hidden prompt or not.....or if it can even be done remotely. I was recently on site and was not able to find the settings in Call pilot manager so i had to do it through phone admin. Thanks in advance.

If emergency is just a Subscriber Mbox, than yes. It's configurable with the Mbox password.

**, Mbox, Pswd, #. Then I believe 8 for admin, then 5 for Off-Premise Notification.
