Call Pilot Remote Text Notification to E-Mail

I have call pilot release 4.0. The problem that i'm haveing is with remote Text Notification. The user will recieve a VM but the remote text does not appear in the users outlook for at least one hour after the message has been received on the telephones. Any ideas.

Callpilot send the notification to your third party smtp server (assume you define it properly in CP manager) and it's your smtp server's responsbility to send the notification to your email account or text device.
