Call Pilot Remote Notification Workaround

In Meridian Mail, it is possible to set up multiple targets for remote notification, so that if a user does not respond to the initial notification, other targets are attempted.
Call Pilot only has a single target, it does not offer an escalated remote notify like Meridian Mail. Has anybody out there come up with a workaround for this?
