I have a call pilot connected to a network but I'm unable to access it remotely. I can access the VPN and ping the call pilot but that's just about it. I can also access it on site connected to network with no problems via ip address. Any suggestions???

Is the default gateway setup correctly in the CP? The fact you can ping it would indicate it is...

Otherwise it looks like a firewall issue - something to do with port 80?

I spoke with the IT guy and his reply was that there is no need for port forwarding since I'm already in via the VPN. He figured I could get in with address:8080) in the browser but that didn't work. I mentioned the secure session but I have not received a response yet.

I'm using XP and the IT is using an earlier version of explorer and can't access it remotely either. I hope to get it figured out shortly!!!
