I've recently installed a CP 150 r3 with Enhansed Call Center and Reporting. It has been working well for three weeks, until today. It stopped answering calls and responded with "no resources" when dialing Feature 981, 982, 983, etc. I tried cycling the power on the CP150 and the MICS 7.0 but it did not resolve the trouble. I have two PRI's on the MICS. I had no trouble on the install. When I pulled the rj45 cables out of the DTI cards- and pulled the extensions out of the CP 150 - then restored them, after a few minutes the problem went away.....For how long, I don't know. Is it possible that there is so much traffic on the PRI's coming into the call pilot that it holds up channels or ports either on the PRI's or CP150?
Feedback is Appreciated.

since u have only 8 voice channels on cp and 46 channels on 2 pri's plus a call center plus i would guess over 100 users with vm you do the math ...before u installed it you out grew it

If i lived in colorado i would be skiing already. But i dont so its a long 4 weeks till opening day.

Thanks for your response Webephones. An initial conclusion would be just what you said, but that wasn't it. I've since resolved the problem with not reserving channels for the Call Center App. The minute I changed the setting to none the CP150 started working flawlessly. Since this particular customer has a spare CP150 I'm going to install it and dedicate it for voicemail just so we don't have a "math" problem. Joe
