Call Pilot RAS

I was wondering if there is a way to reinitialize the modem attached to the Call Pilot 201i server. Sometimes the modem stops answering when called. In order for the RAS to work properly, it would had to have been initialized by the server. Any help would be appreciated.

You can try this.

Right click on "My Computer" and choose "properties".

Choose the "Hardware" tab.

Click on "Device manager".

Find "modems" and expand it.

Right click on your modems name and choose "disable",

Then Right click on it again and choose "enable".
