Here's my setup:
-4 different sites, each with their own BCM and Call Pilot
-Centralized voicemail on main site Call Pilot
-Call Pilot version for all sites is 35.30.30.22

When people dial in to the main site and get the Auto Attendant, they're able to hit # and search the staff directory. If they call the second site, they're able to access the directory but aren't able to find any matches. If they call the other 2 sites, Call Pilot says "The directory is not available."

I've checked Configuration --> System Properties, and the "Make Directory Available" option is checked.

Is it possible to get the 3 remote sites to search the directory on the main site's Call Pilot?

If you have centralized voicemail, why do you have call pilot at the other sites? We have no idea how your trunking is set up but it sounds like users are calling 3 different sites and hitting the voicemail for that individual site. Hopefully you have MCDN on these sites to make all this work properly, but you should only have one number to get you to the voicemail that is centralized. Even if you have users that call into those remote sites, you should set up a target line that redirects them to the voicemail DN at the main site.

Each site uses its own Auto Attendant, hence the multiple Call Pilots.

then where does the centralized voicemail fit in? Centralized voicemail means one voicemail system for all sites.

All voicemail boxes are hosted on the main site's Call Pilot, there are only the default boxes at the other sites.

in order to get the directory for the mailboxs
you have to be in the aa of the callpilot that is handling the mailboxes

so if you get answered by site b aa it can't get the directory of site a
so you will need to have site a answer all the lines from the other sites (and be true centralized vmail)
then they can access the directory
