Call Pilot question

We don't have it, but will be getting it in the near future.

Is there a way to monitor, lets say weekly stats(how many calls, duration) for certain lines?

We currently have an MICS 5, with 7 lines.

You need to get a SMDR unit and a cost accounting product like callwhere or something like that. It will take the output of the smdr unit and put it into reports you can access easily
