We have a BCM 50 1.0 What is the procedure to transfer an inbound caller to the auto attendant?
 
You need to set your line to answer by the AA under the Call Pilot.
In the Call Pilot under the Auto Attendant section, you will see Lines Administration. If your using the first line off the main BCM unit set line 61 to AA and the table you created. You can also set how many rings before it will answer.
 
You can forward a caller to a CCR Tree. User Feature 986, enter the tree number, then press #...

Transfer the inbound caller to the CallPilot DN. To find it do feature 985 from your set, you'll get it.
