Call Pilot question

Hello: I have a re-install of Call Pilot desktop messaging that after the re-install I get a message stating that this mailbox "does not have desktop capabilities" . Can someone point me to where this is defined. I am using XP with Outlook 2000.

strange, i would goto the the server and out that mb and put it back in, or at least check that check box..
