Call Pilot Question with Transferring calls

I noticed that when transferring to express messaging we actually have to enter the extension then press # and then conference as opposed to conference then # which is better and less annoying. Is there a fix for this?

Previously we had Mer Mail. Thank You

did you set up a sdn with a DN set it to Express messaging?
