I have a location that has a newly installed Call Pilot. They do not have an auto attendant set up. When a call comes in after 4 rings it is set to forward to the voicemail extension. The genereal delivery mailbox answers the call. This is the only mailbox that is initialized on the call pilot. When someone calls in from an outside line and gets the gen del mbx, if they hit ** they get dead air, instead of the system prompting them to enter their mailbox # and password. Any idea why?
