I have been working on Call Pilot 4.0 running on Option 11.
The customer is having trouble. The call pilot says that there is problems will blue call router and the AML link is down. The option 11 says that the pilot ip is active on the elink but the call pilot does not respond. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated
