Could some one please provide me some information on how much should be the ratio of Call Pilot Port and no of trunks.
We use call pilot for almost all the queue messages and upfront messages in conjunction with SCCS.
There is no set ratio. You will need to do some traffic math. Knowing how many calls, how long each call is on CallPilot, etc. - that is what will determine the number of ports. Here is a start
