Call Pilot pickup

I'm having a small issue with a Norstar MICS 7.1 and a Call Pilot 2.0. Whenever a call comes in from an outside trunk I get half a ring on all the phones before the call Pilot picks up. How do I get rid of that ring, it's driving me nuts.

go into mics programming and remove all ringing from all sets
you will have to do it for each set make them appear only, or not assigned

I'm surprised it's working correctly. You should need a Call Pilot R3.0 or higher to work with a MICS R7.1

Also, I've heard that there are issues with CP 2.0. I had to recently upgrade a client from 2.0 to 3.1 because the 2.0 would NOT perform a link transfer or centrex transfer. after the upgrade it worked perfectly with no further programming. (7.0 on the CICS KSU).

I'm sorry, the call pilot is 3.1

Then the only way to get rid of the half ring is to make lines appear only as written above. Also, if you have caller ID and the AA picks up immediately you will not receive CID info.
