Call Pilot Password Reset 1

I have installed a CICS/7.0 with cp100/3.0. I did the initial basic programming for the Call Pilot system and then decided to do other programming. However, when I a tried to relogin, it will not accept the password. I did not change the original password! I tried to reset the passwords according to the manual many times but still cannot login. HELP! How do I reset the entire system to factory default?

if you do feature 982 then use operator as the password you can completely wipe the voicemail and start from scratch
