Call pilot overlaps with name or special prefix?

I am trying to add mailboxes with 11XX and I get this message...overlaps with name or special prefix
I go to Config and try to change the Name and or special prefix and it will not take.
I tried blank and still no go.
Help????

I have our name prefix and special prefix changed to 71 & 72. Give that a try.
