Call Pilot outbound faxing

I can fax outbound using the Nortel Fax option on only 1 computer. Unified messaging works on all computers (I can receive faxes and view them in outlook.) When trying to fax I get a Call Pilot dialog box saying The server has refused the connection. You may have entered a non-Call pilot server, an invalid port number, or the call pilot services may be down. I try to print a test page using Nortel Fax and the same message is given. I have copied all settings from the working computer to the others, and no luck. They are using Outlook 2003.
 
Any firewall software blocking port 25 on the PCs? The client uses SMTP (TCP port 25) to send the fax message to the BCM for outbound delivery.
 
Windows firewall is off, but I currently checking any other anti virus software. Thanks
