Can either a call pilot or flash have two tenants without using a ccr tree. The customer wants the incoming calls to go strait to each companies main greeting.

Yes they both can have their own Table or Tree which are separate greetings.

However there is only one General Mailbox so create a mailbox for Company B's reception.
