Hope for some direction. I don't know a lot about this system. Something about mapping in call pilot, eg Admin dn 854 belongs to Mary. Mary leaves and her dn 854 is given to john in no particular dept (eg a summer student). Attendant goes into call pilot admin and changes the mailbox. John gets mail from calls from outside and calls between dn inside switch. However calls at night go to a directory and if 854 is dialed it goes to a mailbox for Mary. This how it was explained. The attendant can't see anything in call pilot admin to change this. Can anyone lead in some direction. She called it mapping which showed dn's assigned to different departments

It sounds to me that there has been an application set up using application builder to handle out of hours. Check your SDNs in Callpilot.

Can the administrator access these tables to add or remove dn's from say an administration group, so the dn can be used elsewhere or is this question a little simplistic? As I said I know a little, but not a whole lot.
