I have a customer that has a MICS 6.1 with a call pilot. Calls come in and table 1 plays a greeting and the caller presses 0 to talk to someone. The call is transferred to a hunt group (broadcast) on 4 phones.
If the call is not answered within 4 rings, we get a "The operator is not available" message and because the return to aa is active, the call goes back into the CCR tree.
The site would like to have the call sent and ring the hunt group for 10 rings before getting that "the operator is not available" message. Not sure if this is a MICS or Call Pilot issue.
Is there a AA transfer timer somewhere?

You need to lengthen the time out of the hunt group, in MICS programming.

You can also turn on the operator in the call pilot and direct it to the same location as the dial 0 point or any extension if you don't want to get "the operator is not available message".
