Call Pilot on a CICS w 4.1 1

The CP is set to answr lines after 7 rings. What you are supposed to hear is the Company greeting and then the CCR menu. What you get though is 'The person that you are trying to call is unavailable' and the it goes to the CCR Menu 0. All set programming has been checked to see if any are call fwd'd or DN Disturb. All rinnging for everything that has a VMBox other than the reception 21 has been set to 'Appear only'.
This is a CP 3.1 on a CICS with4.1
Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd start testing by removing the ring from all sets, and calling in to verify the CP is answering correctly. Then add the ring to one set at a time to determine which is giving you headaches.

Make sure you pull the ring off the iata, too.

I do remember a thread here about directing a call straight to a CCR menu, but I don't remember the specifics. This should get you going in the right direction, though.
