Work From Home user doesn't answer call (1MB at Home). Verizon CFW to office DID. DID rings(I tested) into switch, I ACD to Call Pilot DN (Voice Messaging), however CallPilot answers and reports that the user "781393XXXX"(home phone # of 1MB) does not subsribe to this service, transfering to attendant. I have tried putting 781393XXXX as a Extention DN of users Mailbox as well as building it as a New Mailbox number. Any Suggestions...its a 201 at 4.04.04
