Thanks in advance for any help.

This a less then 2-year old CP150, 8 port (4 active). Problem seemed to start after the new year. VM version 31.10.14.22.

For some reason,it will not pick up calls after ringing at extensions to go to voicemail. Other then this, it's working OK with AA picking up calls and going to extensions. Users can access voicemail.

When trying to access the the voicemail port, 251, it comes back as being busy.

Checked for 'no answer / busy direct to VM' set to 4 rings.

I've rebooted the Call Pilot several times without look. Have not rebooted the MICS (version 5.0xc).

Have you tried placing a phone on the ports and see if it works

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

I changed the DN from another phone from 230 to 251 to see what would happened. The phone at the 251 rang fine and was accessible. I called in from an outside line into my phone and let it ring seeing what would happen and if it got redirected to extension 251 which it did not.

So I instead did a feature 985 and saw that it said port 252. So what I did was re-program all of my phones to Fwd no answer to port 252 instead. Called in and the VM pick up as expected so everything seems to be working OK now.

Strange that after almost 2 years port 251 says 'busy'. When I switched the DN's between 230 and 251 and called 230, it still says 'busy'.

Anybody think the port just sponteneously died? I checked the date on my MICS and it is kind of old, December 1996.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Tcwinont
