Hi,my cp (600 R5) doesn't answer when I call the CDN defined in the SDN. My CDN is 2999, I have create it in the PBX. I have DACR CP and Symposium, then reboot my symposium then the CP but... my 2008 are always "log out" if I do STAT. I can see when the CP boot that it takes control of CDN 2999, but when I call it, it's just ringing all the time. This was working before... I had different "number" it was 7999 and I changed all to have the proper "DDI" range, but since I have changed the ACD Key 0 in for the 2008, It doesn't work. Is there another place where I need to change the 79XX to 29XX? Thanks

Have you also reconfigured Call Pilot?
(Service Directory Number and port setup)

If not probably the fastest method to get this working is changing all back to what is was and create a ACD with a NCFW to the old main Call Pilot CDN. Add the new number as a 'Service Directory Number' with value 'Voice Messaging' and it should all work fine.
