Hello. We have a call pilot installed in our option 11. When a message is received and listened to by all users on the system, the date and time of the message received is not announced. You basically hear: "your message was received from extension ------at---------". We checked the mailboxes and they all seem fine and the date and time on the call pilot server are the same as the telephone switch. Is something not turned on in our option 11 system??? Any info would be great. Thanks...
