Call pilot non business not routing to ccr tree

Hello all, newbie here with a ? re: call pilot non business greeting. When the customer closes and sets their business to closed(F982), the callers will here the proper greeting (greeting 4 in my case). I have set up this greeting to use CCR tree 2, but it does not play. After greeting 4 plays, it starts of with the "if you know your party's ext, blah blah" and will not let you select any of the options that I have set up in CCR tree 2. Any ideas how to get this to go to the CCR tree 2 after playing greeting 4?
