I have been tasked with installing a call pilot system on a Norstar MICS. This is a move or reinstall. I am a little rusty with call pilot. I have only done new installs and have used a phone and also connected with a cross over cable for programming. What would be the best way to connect and set the system back to default? With a phone or crossover cable?
