Can anyone assist with this problem - Scenerio is that a client calls in and receives an individual's voice mail box. The caller then elects to press 0 to reach a live person and after chatting with that person they then asked to be transferred to someone else in the office but they are unable to do so. They press transfer, conference, etc but nothing ,,, almost as if voice mail will not let go of the caller.
Any suggestion?
 
For the transfer, try dialing 9-XXX-XXXX, going outside the system, then back in. It's not the cleanest way, but should work for you.
 
On the Meridian systems, you are limited to so many hops or transfers before this happens.
