Call pilot Mini

Hi all, i have installed a new call pilot mini and it is working OK accept when any body listen his voice messages the time and number(from where it recorded like in callpilot 600r)greeting wont play rather just message, User wants to hear time / date of message before listening.
How can i set this option??

when you are playing your voice messages, dial 72
